As Işıksoy Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş., our Social Compliance Policy consists of standards created and implemented through teamwork together with all our business partners, based on our fundamental principles and values. Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes an integral part of our corporate culture. For this reason, social compliance standards have been established and put into practice. Our Social Compliance Policy is communicated to all employees through training programs.

1. Forced Labor (Voluntary Employment)
Our company does not engage in forced labor under any circumstances. Employment within our organization is based on voluntariness. In the event that an employee wishes to leave their job, the company may not prevent or delay this decision, except for security-related reasons. All personal information of employees is protected and kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Child Labor (Underage Workers)
Child labor is strictly prohibited in our company. Except for compulsory situations such as internships or traineeships, the minimum working age determined by national and international laws is strictly observed.
3. Discrimination (Equal Opportunity Approach)
Our company values all employees and their contributions. We have a strong commitment to opposing discrimination and ensuring equal opportunity. Management is determined to maintain an organization free from discrimination or physical or verbal harassment based on race, gender, color, nationality, social origin, religion, age, disability, political opinion, or any other status protected by applicable laws. Personnel selection is based on minimum qualifications such as job requirements, education, interests, skills, and work experience.
4. Ethical Business Conduct and Transparency
Our company does not tolerate corruption, fraud, false statements, embezzlement, or bribery under any circumstances.
5. Working Hours and Wages (Salary / Compensation)
Our company provides competitive wages in line with sectoral and local labor market conditions. All practices regarding wages, working hours, overtime, and benefits are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and employment contracts. Employees are offered opportunities to develop their skills and capacities, and these efforts are supported by providing promotion opportunities whenever possible.
6. Occupational Health and Safety
Our company takes and implements all necessary measures to create a safe and healthy working environment, minimizing risks as much as possible and preventing workplace accidents and injuries. Employees receive regular occupational health and safety training, and records of these trainings are maintained. One or more individuals with the authority to make appropriate decisions regarding health and safety are appointed by company management.
The company aims to ensure the continuity of a healthy and safe working environment by providing safe working conditions, adequate lighting, ventilation, hygiene, fire safety measures, security precautions, access to drinking water, and clean restroom facilities for employees. A workplace free from violence, harassment, threats, abuse, and disturbing conditions is maintained. All occupational health and safety regulations stipulated by applicable legislation are implemented.
7. Relations with the Supply Chain
The company aims to evaluate the social compliance activities of its supplier companies, monitor evaluation results through action plans, and gradually improve their level of social compliance.
8. Employment of Foreign National Workers
Employment contracts for foreign national employees employed or to be employed in accordance with the law are prepared in a language they can understand. All personnel processes from recruitment to termination are carried out in compliance with applicable legislation. Workers shall not be employed under any circumstances by being placed in debt. The legal rights of foreign workers regarding employment are protected. Our company does not employ illegal or undocumented workers.
9. Rest Days and Holidays
Our employees are not deprived of rest days and holidays within the framework of their legal rights.
10. Employment Contracts
Between our company and the person to be employed, an “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract” is prepared in accordance with the workplace requirements, applicable laws, and the conditions offered to the candidate. Employees who accept the position are required to sign the “Indefinite-Term Employment Contract.” Through orientation training, all rules and procedures of our company and the requirements of the job are communicated to the relevant personnel.
11. Recruitment and Employment
Open positions required by company management are determined and recruitment is carried out in accordance with the law and within defined rules (equal opportunity approach, leave, wages, holidays, employment contracts, etc.).
12. Environmental Protection
We determine and implement all improvement and development activities necessary to eliminate or minimize environmental impacts arising from our activities, in accordance with the standards and requirements of local and international laws and regulations, and to use natural resources in the most efficient manner.
13. Prohibition of Inhumane and Degrading Treatment
Producers and suppliers must treat employees with value and respect. Physical punishment; sexual, racial, verbal, or any other form of harassment; abuse of authority; or threats are not permitted under any circumstances.
14. Management System
We commit to conducting social compliance, occupational health and safety, and environmental management activities, ensuring their continuity and continuous improvement. This procedure shall be reviewed by management at least once a year to ensure it remains current.
QUALITY POLICY
Our strategic approach is based on achieving excellence in product and service quality by utilizing our experience and keeping up with current technological advancements. In line with this, our fundamental principles, which will guide all our processes, are as follows:

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
As IŞIKSOY TEXTILE A.Ş., a prominent entity in the textile industry, and its employees, we adopt the following policy to identify and manage all risks to our business continuity and information assets:
- Ensuring our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is documented, certified, and continuously improved in compliance with the ISO 27001:2022 standard,
- Complying with all legal regulations and contractual obligations related to information security,
- Systematically managing risks to information assets,
- Providing training to enhance both technical and behavioral competencies in information security awareness,
- Ensuring the continuity of our core and supporting business activities,
- Guaranteeing that information is accessible only to authorized personnel and ensuring the segregation of duties,
- Increasing training activities and providing the necessary educational opportunities to all employees related to ISMS, and supporting the required human resources.
CARBON FOOTPRINT POLICY
In line with the principles of sustainable production, we aim to actively and efficiently apply energy management techniques to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions per product, thereby enhancing our competitiveness by supporting eco-friendly production.
To achieve these goals:
- Prioritizing sustainability by considering environmental impacts, carbon footprint, and greenhouse gas emissions in new investments,
- Utilizing solar and wind energy effectively within green energy investments,
- Increasing energy efficiency across all activities of the enterprise to reduce environmental impacts and greenhouse gas emissions,
- Reducing waste from our facilities and exploring recovery opportunities, as well as recovering waste heat,
- Complying with national environmental, energy, and carbon footprint legislation and administrative obligations, and following international regulations and customer requirements,
- Supporting sustainable development by efficiently using natural resources,
- Continuously improving energy performance and the effectiveness of the Energy Management System,
- Providing our employees with basic information about carbon footprint and environmental impacts, raising awareness about sustainability, and encouraging eco-friendly practices.

CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT POLICY
As Işıksoy Textile A.Ş., while producing quality products, we commit to the following:
- Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment by identifying the hazards of chemicals used in our products, activities, and services, and reducing chemical risks,
- Investigating alternatives to chemicals that harm human health and the environment,
- Disposing of chemical wastes in accordance with regulations,
- Raising awareness among employees about the chemicals used, their usage conditions, risks, and proper transportation techniques,
- Providing information to our customers about the chemicals contained in our products upon request,
- Procuring chemicals evaluated based on REACH law, ZDHC lists, OEKO-TEX, customer standards, and supplier declarations,
- Developing projects to reduce the use of chemicals.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
IŞIKSOY TEXTILE A.Ş., a brand recognized for its integrated yarn and fabric production facilities in the textile sector, while striving to elevate its operational quality to the highest level, considers the protection of its employees' health and safety without exception, and the continuous improvement of the work environment from a health and safety perspective, as one of its main objectives. In this regard, we commit to ensuring and maintaining the following:
- Preventing work-related injuries and protecting health are among our top priorities,
- Eliminating or minimizing Occupational Health and Safety risks by taking preventive measures in advance,
- Providing training to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety,
- Supporting employee participation and consultation in health and safety matters,
- Ensuring that all our systems and practices comply with applicable legal and other requirements and are continuously improved,
- Aiming for a safe and healthy working environment with a target of zero accidents and zero occupational diseases.

- Controlling environmental impacts at every stage from the procurement process to the delivery of products to customers,
- Considering environmental impacts in new investments,
- Reducing waste generated from our facilities and exploring recovery opportunities to prevent pollution,
- Complying with national environmental legislation and other administrative obligations, following international regulations and customer requirements, and ensuring compliance,
- Taking precautions against environmental damage in case of emergencies and accidents, and minimizing potential damages,
- Providing individual responsibilities and training to employees to foster environmental awareness,

In alignment with corporate goals, we aim to enhance our competitiveness by supporting green transformation, reducing unit energy consumption and environmental impacts per product, and implementing active, continuous, and efficient energy management techniques within the framework of sustainable production principles.
To achieve these objectives, we commit to:
